Do you have something in your life that brings just joy to you? Is it something you can start doing even when you are tired that will help wake you right back up?
Think about the things you do that time flies. You start and before you know it hours have gone by.
These are the times when you are truly living in the flow of Spirit (and my chimes go off to say YES!!).
Some of you may be thinking – I don’t know. There’s nothing that comes to mind. Think back to when you were a kid. Was there something you always played? Or something you would do with imaginary friends when others weren’t available to play?
Take a few minutes to think about it if nothing comes to mind. It may be something you will want to just journey back to your childhood to a time you were free and wild and played with no worries.
If you still can't remember, call on the Angels for assistance. They are always waiting to be asked.
A couple of the things I just loved was playing school. Of course I liked being the teacher. A friend of mine had a couple little desks and some old text books and we would play school.
The other was horseback riding. I think what I really enjoyed with that is the feeling of freedom. There are other things that bring me that same feeling of freedom. And that’s what it’s about – the feeling.
Are you finding time in your life to do the things that make you feel most alive? If not, why not? And if yes, good for you! Keep it up!
Angel Blessings to you.
Sue
Empowerment 4 You
I have actually been thinking of what I really liked to do as a child when no one was watching me. Thank you for reminding me.
You got it Tina – when no one was watching. I bet you could play for hours. 🙂
Being out in the bush! Camping or hiking, and just being able to appreciate mother nature.
🙂
The real achievement is to incorporate what makes you fell most alive with what you do as your every day occupation. I’m feel lucky to see my work more as a way of of life, and I love being with clients who are really responsive to change and growth.
That’s awesome Dot! 🙂
I love reading and riding my bike.
And hopefully you find time to do that on a regular basis Miss Stacey! 🙂
