As many of you discovered, the last blog 'What Do You Hear' and the blog before that 'The Time Is Now', is all about being present with what is going on around you, right now.
There is so much power being in the now, being present.
Here's a thought for those of you that believe in 'past lives'. What if they are all happening right now, in the present, as well?
Imagine every life you have ever lived and every life you are going to live, and the life you are living right now are all happening now, in this present moment. I sure would like to be present and aware of that.
That means we can learn from our past lives (or the past as in yesterday) and self-correct for today.
What a concept.
How does this benefit you?
- When you are stressed – you can get centered.
- When you are scattered – you can bring yourself back into focus
- When you are worried about the future – you can plan but then release it to unfold
- When you are feeling guilty about the past – glean what can be learned and release it
Angel Blessings to you.
I have always struggled with “being in the present”. Many times, it seems my attention is elsewhere, and I miss chunks of conversations, or don’t notice things I should. (I will have to go back and read your previous posts.) Can we live more than one life at the same time, and learn from the other lives? The nature of time is still mostly unknown for us. It might be possible. Could these simultaneous lives help us in the timeline we perceive as being our “present one?” It’s intriguing. But right now, it’s enough for me to live one life at a time.
Thanks Alana. Good luck with ‘being present’. 😉
Hi Sue, landed on your blog from the Ultimate Blog Challenge!
There is much to be said for living in the present and staying focused on where we’re at now and what choices are within our power to make. 🙂 Can’t change the past, can only learn from it and let it go.
Thanks Michelle.
