Sedona picHowdy Peeps!

Today is about giving back. Maybe not giving back to the same person who gave to me, but giving back.

A couple of years ago I had fallen while doing yard work in the front of my house. Me and a root did not see eye to eye and I ended up on the ground. I was a bit dazed and little dehydrated and a lot scared. Scared because it took me by surprise and I was doing my best not to faint.

Step in Angels. Angels as the wonderful Beings most cannot see and Angels who are in physical form and look like people you know and some you may not.

I had 3 friends that over the next couple of days were helping me in several ways:

  • energy work
  • mowing my yard
  • bringing electrolytes for replenishing
  • taking me to the Dr for x-ray

Why is it so difficult to accept these wonderful gifts sometimes?

Today, someone close to me needed that trip to the Dr for x-rays and a run to the grocery store. I am glad I was available and able to do this. I know it was difficult for them to ask for help too.

Again I ask, why is it so difficult to ask for help?

We easily give of ourselves to others. We are all wonderful beings who also deserve the assistance of others.

Open your arms and accept the assistance offered you. We give, we receive. That is the balance that we so crave.

And again I say, open your arms to accept the assistance offered you.

Try this out for size. For the next 10 days, every time you catch your eye in the mirror, say out loud 3 times:

  • I love you
  • I accept you
  • I deserve assistance
  • I easily accept assistance

Angel Blessings to you.
