Dear Ones,
Today we speak of integrity.
When you speak, do you speak with integrity? When you say ‘yes’ to someone, do you hold a ‘yes’ in your heart? When you say ‘no’ to another, do you hold a ‘no’ in your heart?
Do you feel that if another is not in integrity it means you do not have to be? Or because another does this that it is OK for you to follow suit even though it does not carry the strong moral principles you feel?
In the next several days, pay attention to if what you are saying is truly what you are feeling. If it is not, is there a way you can say it differently? How can you keep your integrity and deliver the words needed to the other party?
How do you know if you are speaking with integrity? Does your heart sing? Or does your stomach churn? If your heart is singing, you are on the right track Dear One.
