Dear Ones,

 

Today we speak of flow, going with the flow, being in the flow. 

 

Are you ‘in the flow’ or do you fight against the flow? If in doubt, ask your body. If you are feeling tense all the time, I would say you are going against the flow. Do you feel angry or upset much of the time? If yes, I would say you are going against the flow.

 

When you are in the flow, your mind, your body, your spirit all feels it. 

  • you feel joyful
  • you feel happy
  • you feel powerful
  • you feel energized
  • you feel free
  • you know you’re in the right place

How do you get ‘in the flow’ when you aren’t?

  • Call on your Angels to assist.
  • Start your day with 3 deep breathes, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
  • Set your intent for the day ‘I am in the flow of the Universe’ or ‘I easily feel in the flow’.
  • Each time during the day when you notice you are ‘in the flow’, thank the Universe and your Angels.
  • If you notice you are not ‘in the flow’, these are times to thank the Angels for catching that you aren’t in the flow, and take 3 deep breathes and re-state your intent.
  • When you go to bed at night, thank the Universe and your Angels.
