Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of ‘take a moment.’
So many times you get caught up in a fast moving life. You feel like you are being whisked into wherever the tides of those around you get taken. You may feel like you have no control.
We are here to say ‘take a moment’ for yourself. Stop what you are doing, find a quiet space [if possible] and allow yourself a moment to just BE. You may close your eyes if you are in a location to do so but you don’t have to. In this moment, ALLOW yourself to be swirled into peace, into love, into pure Divine Love.
Many times a MOMENT is all that is needed to shift your demeanor, your perspective, your mood. Take that moment whenever you feel yourself being pulled into energies that you may not want to go. Take that moment when you find yourself having an emotion that isn’t like you. Take that moment back!
