Today is the day for what you might ask? I would say it will be different for each one of us.

- Is today the day you choose to forgive yourself for something that happened 100 years ago (or so it feels)?
- Is today the day you choose to release judgements, judgements regarding other people and judgements regarding yourself?
- Is today the day you decide you are deserving?
- Is today the day you decide you are worthwhile?
- Is today the day you choose to love yourself?
- Is today the day you choose not to ‘should’ yourself (I should have done this, I shouldn’t have said that)?
- Is today the day?
Why not? Make today the day!?!
