Have you ever had a ‘this or that’ type question that you’ve given lots of thought to but still don’t feel as if you’re getting an answer? Maybe you’ve done a pros and cons list of each of the items but to no avail?

I’ve done what I call a ‘double blind study’. I know others who have done this as well and the answer appears clearer after doing this process. I cannot remember where I heard about it originally, so I do not know who to give the credit to. So thank you universe, for bringing me this process.

This will work with choice type questions. Is it choice A or is it choice B?. And you can have a 3rd (or more) as well. In this example, we’ll use choice A or B.

Gather two pieces of blank paper and two blank envelopes.

Take the two pieces of paper. Write ‘Choice A’ at the top of one of them. On the second piece of paper, write ‘Choice B’.

Take Choice A paper and seal it in one of the blank envelopes. And then seal Choice B paper in the other blank envelope. Mix them up a bit. You should not be able to tell which envelope contains which piece of paper.

Now, find yourself a pen and a quiet spot and let’s get to work.

Mix the envelopes up a bit more. Make sure you have no idea which is which.

Take the first envelope and hold it for a minute. Take a deep breath and relax. Now take a few minutes and write on the outside of the envelope, all of the things that are coming to your mind, any feelings, any emotions. If it’s a color, write that down. If it’s an animal, write that down. If it’s the weather, write that down.

You get my drift – write it down! Write until nothing more is coming to you.

Set that envelope aside and take a couple of deep breaths to clear your mind. Then pick up the second envelope and do the same process you did for the first one.

Once you’ve written as much as you can for the second one, now comes the moment of truth. It’s time to open the envelopes.

Open each envelope and see which Choice goes along with which envelope. You may be surprised.

Let’s say for Choice A you wrote words like: stormy sea, tornadoes, red, tarantula. And for Choice B you wrote words like: rainbow, a gentle rain, a puppy.

I would say that Choice B may be the choice for you.

Try this. Let me know what your experience was in the comments below.

Angel Blessings to you.
