Today’s blog I pulled a card from a new deck*. These are beautiful cards with wonderful messages.

Dreams are really an important part of our lives though many of us either underestimate them, don’t remember dreaming or write them off as nothing. They are sometimes our way of working through things and sometimes they are telling us of what’s to come. There are ‘dream themes’ that can occur over time and some dreams are so obvious as to what they are telling us. Other dreams may not be so obvious and this is why many people look into dream meaning and interpretations.

I was just speaking with a client who told me they thought they didn’t dream. It wasn’t that they didn’t dream (I think we would go crazy if we don’t dream), it was because they were always in a rush in the morning so didn’t make the time to sit down and remember what they remembered of their dreams. Once they no longer had to get up and rush off to work, they started remembering their dreams.

Friday morning I received a call from a friend who had to share a dream with me. The last words in her dream (and she had this dream just before she awoke so it was easier to remember) was “everybody who leaves Sue’s, leaves with a golden chair!“.

Is that awesome or what!! I haven’t literally given anyone a golden chair, though I do believe people feel pretty darn good when they leave my home.

As soon as you wake up in the morning, whatever words, thoughts, feelings are going through your head – jot them down in a dream journal. More will most likely come the more you write. Watch for patterns which may come from your dreams. You can also tell yourself as you are falling asleep to remember your dreams in the morning.

There are many dream interpretation books out there. The best way to interpret your dreams though is to go within. What were you feeling during the dream? Note any colors that were coming up even if they weren’t associated with anything. Who were the people and what about them do you admire? What about them annoys you? Where was the dream taking place. What time of day was it?

These are all good questions to ask yourself. Dreams can sometimes be like you are a reporter and you are pulling out all the facts.

We all have a Dream Guide who can also help us interpret our dreams as well as remember them. And of course we can call upon the Angels! They are always happy to assist in any way they can.

With the loving energies pouring in (the Angels have been speaking about this), the dreams you are having may have shifted from what they used to be. You may notice you are getting downloads of information in your dreams. Ask as you are falling asleep at night that integration of any downloads happen with ease and grace and that you wake up fully rested in the morning.

Relax and enjoy the journey into your dreams.

Angel Blessings to you,

Sue
