Dear Ones,
Clear your head Dear Ones. Yes, you heard that correctly. We said, clear your head.
There is more information that floats around your head, and your world, than ever before. Some of you are feeling as though you are being pulled in so many directions — all at the same time. We see it happening to so many of you.
What we see happening right now, more than in the past is information overload. You have people sharing their thoughts telling you that you should listen to them. You have some saying this is the best ‘elixir’ that will cure everything, come with me. You have yet others saying there is only doom and gloom and the only thing to do to help this situation is to do this one thing or buy this plan or fill in the blank.
We say to you, clear your head. Disconnect to all that is around you and tune into your heart. Clear your head of all these people, entities, devices, coming at you with all of this information. It will be there later if you choose to go back to it.
Feel within your own body to see what you need. Is it what they were just trying to sell you or is it a glass of water.
The energy is intensifying for all of you and yet what will help with all of this is when you clear your head, tune into your heart, ask your body what is needed right now. and just be in this now moment.
