Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of being free … in spirit.

Ah yes Dear Ones, we are referring to being free to do anything you want, within your spirit, within oneself. This is something that is available to each and every one of you reading this.

It may not always seem possible, and yet it is. It may seem at times it is outside of your reach, and yet it is yours, every day and always. Many of you know the secret to this and for those of you who do not, we’ll fill you in on the how.

  • Sit down, anywhere will do.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Take several deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Three times should work.
  • Allow your imagination to take you where you would like:
    • flying
    • on vacation
    • visiting a friend
    • playing a sport
    • anywhere, doing anything you would like
  • Stay there as long as you would like.

You are free to do anything you would like, be anywhere you would like, be anything you would like. You are free.
