Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of your clear intention. We have spoken of this idea before. Now, it is even more important than ever before in your time, that you come from a space of clear intention.
Think of your intention. You may want to even write it down, though that is not necessary. Then, bring your intention to life. Let’s say your intention is ‘peace in my life.’
- Close your eyes and take several deep breaths.
- Allow your intention to come to mind.
- Bring things to mind that will bring more peace into your days.
- If thoughts come in which are the opposite of peace, allow them to float away.
- Consciously bring in more thoughts of peace:
- what you may do
- what you may say
- how you would act
- how you would be
- Bring only thoughts in that are related to peace in your life.
- Notice how it feels in your body.
- Notice your breathing with these thoughts and feelings of peace.
- Feel the peace in your mind as well.
Do this with your intentions, whatever they may be. Bring in the thoughts that will ‘feed’ the intention, not distract from it. Bring in the feelings that will feed the intention.
Another example may be, health in your life. So as you are sitting with your intention, allow any aches or pains to be released, and not be brought into your intention. Maybe bring in foods you would eat that would maintain a healthy body or activities that would keep your body healthy. If thoughts of illness or sickness float in, allow them to float out.
As we said, this time in your life, as a human, it is more important than ever to have a clear intention, of bringing in what feeds your intention, not what distracts from it.
