This is cause for celebration. Celebration of life, celebration of the people, places, and things that bring you excitement and joy.
Make it a game, bring everyone into the game. How many things can we find in this situation, this day, this family gathering, that we enjoy. As each person is sharing their joy with the others, allow it to fill your heart with joy and feel their excitement.
Celebrate together, all the things you’ve found together. Share in the expansion of love and joy that enfolds you.
