Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of how perfect and powerful you are.

Please take a few moments with us. We ask that you get into a very comfortable location where you will be uninterrupted for a few moments.

  • Close your eyes and take several deep breaths.
  • Allow your breath to reach its own rhythm.
  • Notice your heart beating. You may feel it as a beating sensation or as a pulsing sensation. Whatever you notice is right for you in this moment. Allow yourself to notice it for a few moments. Know that your heart is beating perfectly, in this moment. Know this and feel this with every fiber of your being. Continue to feel your heart as long as you would like before moving on.
  • Notice your breath moving in and out of your lungs. Notice the rhythm as the air comes in and the air goes out. Allow this movement without doing anything to change it. Feel as the fresh air comes into your lungs and into the cells of your body. Feel all that is being released with each exhale, thanking your body for the releasing it is doing. Know that all the air coming in is oxygenating where it is needed. Know that all being expelled is no longer for you and no longer needed. Continue to feel your lungs as long as you would like before moving on.
  • Notice your pulse. You may feel it in your wrist, your temple, your ankle, many areas. Notice the sensation as your body is moving blood through the body. Know that it is moving through perfectly, with ease and grace. Continue feeling your pulse as long as you would like before moving on.
  • Allow yourself to be in this state for as long as you would like. When you feel complete, thank each part of your body, for all it does.

Do this with other areas of your perfect body — your hair growing, your skin replenishing, your liver cells detoxifying, etc. You may want to pick a couple areas a day or however you wish. You are a perfect being. You are so powerful and this process allows you to see just how powerful.

This is something to do as often as you would like and as long as you would like. Both will be quite beneficial for you.
