Dear Ones,
Today we speak of going within to soothe, to find answers, to heal, to be.
You, each of you, are powerful in who you are. You may not feel you have the answer to that which you are seeking. If you are looking so deeply in one area, the answer may be slightly to the left, to the right, or the timing may be off just a bit. Take a breath and the answer may appear.
There are times when you are searching for answers, to anything, so diligently, that the answer may be slipping away. Turn and do something different, take a walk, have a glass of water, play with your child or a pet, allow the wind to move your hair. Then see if the answer is before you.
You have the answers. And the more you seek the more you shall find. Soothing, healing — these work the same. Explore within and then you may need to walk away for a bit to allow it to ‘sink in’ that it was there all along.
Sitting with yourself, allowing your breath to fill you with healing, loving, soothing, light. Your connection to Divine Source is always there. When you sit with yourself and allow yourself to feel the connection at your very core, that is where the answers lie.
Be more of who you are by being in the moment, knowing your connection to Source is True and feeling the love you are.
With each conscious breath, your connection is strengthened. As you fill with love, healing happens, on all levels.
