Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of taking care of yourself. We have spoken of this before and we feel we must bring this up once again from hopefully another angle.
There is much shifting and changing of the energies on and around your planet. There is much love coming in from many. There is also energies aligning for your highest purposes to benefit you on your path, helping with the flow — if you are open to it.
There are also some energies who may be wanting to block this flow.
When you are taking care of yourself, finding your quiet time, taking care of your physical body — as well as your mental, emotional, & spiritual bodies — it is easier for the flow to continue and the energies wanting to block the flow to fall away.
When you are allowing yourself to feel the love from the Divine, from your Angels, from your Loved Ones who have transitioned, it fills your body to overflowing and helps with the flow.
Imagine you are flowing with so much love, to overflowing. This means there is no room for the energies to be blocked.
Stay in the flow by taking care of yourself. Be in nature if you are guided. Sit quietly if you are guided. Sleep or rest when you are tired. Find joy in your day. Bring laughter to your belly and smiles to your face. Fill with Divine Love, to overflowing in all you do.
If you feel you are not in the flow, call upon us to assist. Clear your energy [a big part of taking care of yourself] and clear the space you are in by asking, thanking, knowing, your energy and space are clear. Fill with Divine Love.
There is great love filling your planet and each of you. Feel it and know.
