Appreciate Now

I wanted to share my experience when I was meditating today. It had such a wonderful feeling and I know it may help some of you as well.

You may not know this about me, but the energy I run, The Bridge energy, is golden in color and very sparkly. I remember when I first realized the color, I was surprised as I don’t where gold, I only wear silver as my mom did.

I could see golden sparkles coming right up the center of my torso. I was getting myself into a space where I just wanted to feel healing energy. That was my only intention. It looked similar to a sparkler might but it was a long column of golden, sparkly light. I also almost always will feel a warmth with it. 

It is warm here already but you can tell there’s a different experience. It just brought a smile of appreciation. Appreciate Now.

If you’d like to have your own experience, running your own energy, here’s what you can do:

• close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths (in through the nose and out through the mouth)
• imagine the love of the Divine as a white column of light coming from the top of your head, moving down through your torso and down into Mother Earth
• imagine the love of Mother Earth coming up and connecting with the love of the Divine
• you can feel the energy and love moving up and down, not being able to tell where one begins or ends as it’s now merged with no beginning or end
• you can now ask a color to join or you can see what color(s) you may notice
• allow the loving energy to continue as long as you would like
• when you’re ready, thank the Divine, Mother Earth and yourself
• open your eyes when you’re ready

This is something you can do anytime throughout your day for a quick boost of love, energy and appreciation.
