Dear Ones,

Today we speak of noticing the love and the joy, that is all around you.

When you put your focus on something, that is what you will find more of in the world. We see the benefits, as I’m sure you have seen and felt them as well, when you put your focus on love. We see benefits of when you focus on joy.

There are things that may come up in your day that don’t feel like this that need to be attended to but even if you act ‘as if’ these tasks may seem much less burdensome.

So we say, focus on love. Look for things that bring joy to your heart, people that are joyful to spend time with. Do things that bring you joy as much as you can.

Be with people who are have a loving and joyful disposition as much as you can. And if you happen to be with someone who is not, see if you can light up their day by being more joyful and having more love in your heart.

Look for the flowers that are blooming. Look for the birds that are singing. Look for the gentle rain that brings moisture to nature. Look for the smiles on others face. Look for these things and you will find more and more.

There is love and joy all around you, when you are looking for it.
