Today we speak of love. Love is all around and with Springtime, people seem to feel love flourish even more. They go out in Mother Nature and enjoy the sun that seems as if it’s been a long time coming.
They walk around their yards and look at all of the new growth coming up from Mother Earth. Everything seems fresher and everything is new.
The buds on the trees turning into leaves, the lawns greening up pulling in the last moisture of the melting snow.
The birds are singing a new song, one you haven’t heard before because it’s a new year. The sound may be similar, but something is newer, fresher about it.
Everyone feels just a little bit more alive, happier, more joyful, more full of love.
Imagine you are the bud of the flower blooming and as people gaze at you with a smile and all giddy because you are coming to life, you send out rays of love.
Imagine you are a bird singing as loudly as you can and the notes you sing are full of love.
Imagine you are the rays of the sun, shining upon Mother Earth, spreading love to the rich dirt, the green grass, to all the flowers and trees and plants and shining upon the upturned faces of the people walking along.
You don’t need to be a flower blooming or a bird singing or the sun shining to share your love with others.
Fill your heart with love. Let your cup run over, spilling love onto others, onto those you love around you, onto others who are near you. Everything you do, everything you think, everything you write, everywhere you look, send love.
Let your light within you shine your love onto everyone and everything.
Springtime is a time when love flows easier. Remember this time, remember this feeling. Share the love.
