Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of listening.
This is much more than listening with your ears. This is listening with your heart, with your body, and with your soul. It is so much more than listening with the ears on each side of your head.
There are times when you may use the words ‘I heard this’ when in essence it may be a feeling or a knowing, deep within, that you actually ‘heard.’There are other times when you may feel as if you are listening to thoughts in your head, whispers sometimes. And sometimes it truly is something around you, that you are hearing — a bird, a set of chimes, the wind.
The Divine is always with you, your Angels are always with you, your Loved Ones on the other side are always with you. Are you able to ‘hear’ what they have to say?
Knowing this is one of the ways Spirit [referring to all in Spirit form] is communicating helps you be aware and helps you to know what you are noticing. And once you start hearing with all the different ways you are receiving information, you’ll probably notice that you receive even more messages or things to listen for.
If you have never noticed anything other than with your ears, start by sitting quietly with your eyes closed and listen, with your body. Are you receiving chills or warmth or does your stomach growl or do you burp or do you want to put your hand on your heart. Notice what you ‘hear’ and just allow yourself to receive. Do this each day if you’d like. You will be amazed and what you start to ‘hear’ once you are ‘listening’ with more than your ears.
