Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of ‘absorb the light.’ Let us explain.
Some of you will interpret light to be something that illuminates the darkness. Some may understand it to be higher vibration. Some may feel it is less weight. Each of you are correct as it is all up to your own interpretation at the moment, for what your soul is searching for.
Imagine there is a light, Divine Light, a brightness that you may see as being outside of you, or emanating from your heart. Both are accurate.
Now, imagine this light expanding until your entire physical body is enveloped in this lightness. See each of your cells as absorbing this light as if it were a sponge. Your cells have a fullness to them, almost plumped up with light.
The space around each cell has light all around it as well. You may have noticed a shadow earlier, and now it is only filled with light.
Allow each cell to bask in this light. Breathe it in and absorb it so the light, Divine Light, is now all there is. At this moment in time, notice how you feel — happy, safe, loved, energized, calm, peaceful, joyful.
Remember this feeling. It is within you.
