Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of new beginnings. This may come as no surprise as it is a new year. However, we wish for you to see new beginnings much more often than just once a year.
We would like you to take notice of each moment as the new beginning that it is. Each moment is not like the last. Each moment you can choose. You can choose to experience this moment however you wish.
Some may feel they do not have a choice — that also is a choice. You do have a choice.
If you are uncertain as to how to get to the starting point, here is something you can do, as often as you wish. It will always get you to the beginning, so you can choose.
- Stop what you are doing.
- Close your eyes.
- Take a breath, a deep breath, or several deep breaths.
- Feel your essence, your soul, your heart, your knowing, deep within.
- Open and expand your mind and choose what you would like this moment to be, to feel like.
The choice is yours. Each moment is a new beginning, full of excitement, joy, love — or something else of your choosing.
