Dear Ones,
Today we speak of ‘looking beyond.’ This is a topic we have spoken of before and yet we feel it is a topic to discuss again. This time we would like to give you an experience that will assist you with looking beyond.
To start this, think of a situation. Whether the situation is a person, place or thing makes no difference. Have the situation come to your mind and then write it on a piece of paper, summed up in just a few words. Then set the paper down and do the following:
- Close your eyes
- Take several deep breaths (in through your nose and out through your mouth)
- Bring in unconditional love from the Divine, from Mother Earth and mix with your unconditional love (you may want to remember someone you love)
- Feel this love in every cell of your being, flowing and filling each cell to the brim
- Notice a smile coming to your face, still feeling this love
- Now pick up the piece of paper and hold it between both of your hands
- Continue feeling the unconditional love, continue feeling the love of the Divine and Mother Earth flowing within
- Now remember what you wrote on the piece of paper, continue feeling the unconditional love flowing
- Feel the love flowing to the situation on the paper and continue feeling the unconditional love
- Hold this as long as you feel comfortable
- When you are ready, open your eyes
When you are finished with this experience, please add the word ‘love’ to the paper and place it someplace where you will see it often. Each time you see the note, think of the love and send it to the situation.
Watch to see how the situation changes over the next few days. Continue sending love, looking beyond the situation at hand, seeing just the love.
