Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of ‘letting your heart and soul dance.’
It is a time now, more than ever before, for you each to allow yourself to be filled with joy and laughter and fun. These are the times when your heart and soul feel free to dance and feel the freedom to just be.
Many times throughout your day you may feel the pressures of your day to day activities and may not be taking the time to allow yourself to be free — to dance, to play, to allow yourself to be outside the constraints you many times feel.
Take time, each day, multiple times throughout your day if at all possible — to enjoy:
- nature
- spending time with others
- singing
- dancing
- laughing
- playing
- being creative
These are just a few things that speak to you on a much deeper level. The time is now Dear One!
