Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of the wonderful support you have. We are here to support you as are others in the spiritual realm as well as other dimensions.

Many of you know of the wonderful support you have and some would like to be able to ‘see’ signs of them or receive messages. We are happy to give you some ideas of where to start.

Allow yourself the time and space to notice and receive any signs or messages — from your Loved Ones, from your Spirit Guides, from your Guardian Angels, from love.

Take deep and cleansing breaths. There are so many new energies coming into your being and it does take time for all of you to assimilate this energy and ground it into your day to day. When you take time throughout each day for a few deep cleansing breaths — expelling all the air from your lungs and breathing deeply, breathing in the new and loving energies. Allow the new energies to sit comfortably in your being. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that come up. If you need to take some time to process them, allow yourself the gift of time to do that.

Be in this now, this present, moment. No matter where you are, no matter what you are doing, be present. Notice your surroundings, feel any emotions, allow your breathing to be cleansing — these all keep you in the now.

Put these all together and notice what is in front of you. If you are outside, notice any wildlife, notice the plants, notice the colors, notice any sounds. If you are inside, pay attention to your thoughts, your emotions, sounds you may hear, aromas you notice.

Take notice of all of these. Feel in your heart if this is a special message for you — the special flower of someone you love, the scent of someone’s aftershave, the color that brings calm to your day, the animal that stops and looks at you as if telling you a message telepathically.

Notice and then allow yourself time to process and connect the sign, with the perfect message for you, at this present moment in time. Feel the love, feel the appreciation, from your heart and soul.

You are loved, you are supported, you are watched over, always. We are here to assist, all you need do is ask.
