Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of hold steady. This is an interesting topic, we assure you, and is much needed right now.
We have spoken of the shifting of energies quite a bit over the while. You are ever-evolving, ever-expanding, ever-growing into more of the spiritual being you have come here to be.
There is much light and love coming into your planet, into your hearts, and into your souls and at times it may feel a bit overwhelming. That is why we say hold steady. Hold steady to who you are and what you know to be your truth. Hold steady to the love you have for those in your life. Hold steady to your soul callings.
There are times when it may seem as if you have to take a step back. That is good that you recognize this. That is a good time to hold steady, to get your bearings once again, and then continue on your day. There is nothing wrong with holding steady with a cup of tea or a comfort food or a wonderful walk in nature. There is nothing wrong with holding steady and just ‘being in the present moment.’
Things are moving quite rapidly and holding steady may assist you in getting your footing back for the next step.
