I am very grateful and excited to be part of the 52 Weeks of Gratitude Journal. The Launch Date is Tuesday, December 11, 2018. It will be a day of fun filled gratitude, sharing of stories, wonderful give aways and so much love and joy. I do hope you’ll join in the fun if you can or catch the Facebook Lives on their replays.

With the Launch party this week, as well as I’ve done several blogs over the years, on gratitude, it definitely has been on my mind. I wasn’t sure what the Angels had in mind until just a moment ago.

The Angels have been nudging me to start a challenge of sorts. I will let them share it with you, what they are referring to.

Dear Ones,

As we have stated in the past, gratitude is something so beautiful for us to see. It is shining beams of love and light that start at your hearts and expand out.

Here are several ways you can start with. We know you will have many other ideas, which hopefully you will share below so others can get inspired.

We would like you to bring more gratitude into you days and into your lives. As you do, those around you very well may start to bring in gratitude as well.

Spell out the word ** G R A T I T U D E ** along the side of a piece of paper, with a little bit of space in between each letter. List one – three things you are feeling grateful for, for each letter. Do this exercise every day, with a different word.

Pick an object either inside or outside your home, and list as many things as you can think of, as to why you are grateful for this object. It could be a plant you have in your home, or a tree outside, or a flower, or a meal you just prepared, or the chair you are sitting in. The objects are endless and you will easily see, your gratitude is as well.

Sit with another person (in person or through a phone conversation.) One of you list of something and the other person then will say why they are grateful for what was said. So, person A may say “pink rose” and person B might say, “beautiful aroma, lovely to look upon, fun to take a picture of.”  And then switch.

And of course, starting a Gratitude Journal, where each morning, and / or evening, you list things you are grateful for.

Sharing gratitude in writing, in speaking, expands gratitude.

We are grateful for you!

Angel Blessings to you.
