I received confirmation from the Angels this morning on my walk as to what today’s blog is supposed to be about.
All of us have things that we are going through. We all have lessons to learn and things to experience. That’s why we incarnated here on Earth.
Some lessons seem to be much more painful than others, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the loss of a career, the loss of a friendship, or fill in the blank with whatever lesson is on your plate today.
Recently I have had the opportunity to feel some deep emotions. Sometimes when we start to feel these we want to run and hide or stuff them down and cover them up with something else. As I said though, these are an opportunity, and in my case multiple opportunities.
The message I received this morning loud and clear is to let you all know that you do not have to do this alone. When we start to feel these deep emotions because of what is going on for us and the tears come and then the sobbing, it feels like it may never stop. That’s OK. The emotions are meant to be felt and not just covered up and glossed over. They are meant to be felt, embraced, released, embraced again, felt some more, integrate and allow the rest to be released and transmuted to love.
We have the Divine, the Angels, and others in spirit to help us along with these opportunities. We also have people and friends in the physical realm who will listen, not judge and will hold space while the tears come, while the emotions are working their way through, while we are coming to any realizations. They hold space for us and help us along the way. They may remind us how special we are or how far we’ve come. They may offer words of encouragement along the way.
Now, maybe once that layer is done there’s a new wave that shows up. Those that care, well, they are still there holding space and encouraging.
We are not alone.

We are with you always. We surround you with a blanket of love and nurture your soul. We stand with your friends as they hold space with you and we stand beside you and hold space with you.
We love you more than you will ever know. We are so proud of you for allowing this opportunity to come through and for you willing to be vulnerable and feel the emotions. They help you to expand that much more.
