Dear Ones,
Today we speak of integration, the integration of the energies coming in.
We know there is so much love coming into your world at this time — we have shared this with you before. What you do with it is up to you.
We also know there is so much energy being ‘kicked up’ in your world at this time. When we say ‘kicked up’, we are referring to the energies coming from your free will.
The love and the free will energy do not always appear to flow smoothly. With integration, it is pulling the love into your cells. With integration it is pulling the other energies in through your filter systems, taking the lessons, having the experiences and allowing what doesn’t serve you to be washed away and flow through to be transmuted — to love.
You see Dear One, everything you experience, comes from love though it may not seem that way as you are having the experience.
Take a situation you may have going on in your life right now that seems unpleasant. Look for the loving sparks weaved throughout, take in the knowledge you are seeking and integrate it with who you are and allow the rest to wash away just as water flows over a waterfall.
Integrate the love, allow the experience to teach you. Love and be grateful for the rest as it washes away.
