Today we speak of ‘being in the flow.’
We have spoken of this before yet there are many of you who go against the flow, feeling into the chaos around you, worrying, feeling anger about things outside of your control or any number of other lower vibrational things.
When you are unsure of whether you are in the flow or not there is an easy gauge you can use. You can pay attention to your body and see what it feels like. Yes, what does it feel like.
- Does it feel good?
- Does it feel light (this can be light / dark or light / heavy)?
- Does it feel bubbly or effervescent?
- Does it make your heart feel like singing?
These are all signs of being in the flow.
When you find yourself not in the flow, what are some of the things you can do about it to get back into the groove of things?
- If you find yourself worrying about something, imagine you are putting the worry into a boat and watching it float softly and gently down a small creek or stream.
- Go for a walk in nature and allow the breeze to blow away what is holding you.
- Accept where you are, no matter where that is.
- Release any guilt as this serves no purpose.
- Repeat this affirmation with a smile on your face ‘I am in the flow. I am the flow.’
- Close your eyes for 60 seconds and notice your breathing – in and out… in and out…
Life is not meant to be fighting against things. Life is to be in the flow and to enjoy things along the way.
