Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of you, being the calm in the middle.
That may sound strange and yet it is true. You are the calm in the middle of the chaos, if you so choose to be. You are the calm in the middle of all that is going on around you, if you so choose.
You are in charge of your calm, or not. At times it is easier to keep the calm in the center of everything and other times it may come with ease.
The more often you create your calm, no matter what is going on around you, the easier it is to maintain that calm. And the more you are in the calm, the longer you can maintain the calm. It truly is up to you.
First, you want to get into your state of calm. You may have your own way already, or you can do the following:
- Find a location where you will not be bothered and get into a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes.
- Take several deep clearing and cleansing breaths.
- Notice as your physical body starts to fill with love, from the inside, spilling over until all of your cells are filled with love.
- Now, notice the calm you feel within.
- Stay in this feeling as long as you can.
- Bring your hand [either one will do] to your heart / high-heart area and hold it there for several minutes.
- Take a deep breath in and this time as you exhale, notice this calm and loving feeling as if your exhale is taking a picture of it, for the future.
- When you are ready, open your eyes.
The ‘picture’ you took with your knowing, this is the calm, the loving feeling you can always come back to. The more often you do, the easier it is to get here. This feeling, this calm, this is space to be when there is chaos, uncertainty, fear, frustration, going on around you. You can get into your ‘calm’ space and your calmness will spill over onto others.
