Today we speak of listen to the in between.
When you breathe out, there is a space in between that breath and the next breath in. Just as there is the slightest pause from when you breathe in until you start your exhale. That is the in between we are referring about.
First we’d like you to think of something we could help you with today. This can be anything you would like.
Now, sit in a quiet location where you will not be disturbed. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Don’t change it, just give focus to it.
As you get into this rhythm, you’ll begin to notice the in between we are referring to. As you start to notice it, notice if there is a message that comes along with it.
The message may be a color, a sound, a tone, a fragrance, a word or phrase, an animal, a picture, a flower, a person, etc. It could be anything. Just notice. It may even be a whisper. Just notice.
Sit in this quiet space for as long as you would like, focusing on the in between.
