Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak to you about raising your vibration.
This is a topic we have discussed in several different ways and today we are approaching it from yet another direction.
If you are feeling low for whatever reason, we would like to give you some things that will bring you back up. We are referring to low vibration which may be any of these emotions / feelings:
frustration / anger / despair / shame / guilt / sadness / depression / fear
We are not saying you cannot ever feel these emotions. We are saying if you are in this vibrational state, we would like to give you some ideas on how to shift out of it and move into a higher vibrational emotion such as:
love / joy / compassion / amusement / curiosity
Sometimes moving from one extreme to the other doesn’t seem possible. We will give you some options:
- Allow yourself to BE where you are, without getting upset at yourself. Put on a neutral hat so you are just noticing without any judgement.
- Ask yourself if you know what led you to this state. You may know and that will be a clue as to get into that same situation again. You may not know, and that is OK.
- Journal about it or speak about it. You do not need to be speaking to another, you can be speaking out loud to yourself or to us. Writing or speaking are 3D things to help move the energy, the vibration, out of your body to be transmuted to love.
- Call someone. You want someone who will not stir the pot of your emotion and keep you there. You want someone who will assist in moving you through it.
There are always things to learn along the way. The gems you come up with each time will help you the next time so you move faster through a lower vibrational emotion.
Here are some additional things to assist:
- Smile. Even if you don’t feel it, smile. Your face may be the start and then what happens is your cells start to agree with the smiling and they feel it and in turn start smiling too.
- Dance. Dance around the room whether there’s music or not. Move your body. This also helps move the emotions through your body.
- Draw. Draw a picture of the sun or the clouds or a rainbow, something free flowing.
- Take a nap. Yes, sometimes this little escape is just what is needed to shift your vibration.
- Imagine. Put yourself into a happy memory or make a new one with your imagination. Bring in fun things that make you laugh or smile or feel good.
