Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of fear.
Fear comes in many forms. You may not initially see it as fear. Here is a list of what we see most often:
- You are leaving me – fear of abandonment
- You have something I would like to have or you do something I would like to be able to do – competition or envy or jealousy
- I don’t know where I’m going – fear of uncertainty, what’s ahead
- Did you notice what I did for you – fear of not being acknowledged
- If I do this or say this, you won’t like me – fear of what others say
There are so many more ways fear will show itself and yet, it all still boils down to fear. We would like to share something with you. Hopefully it will be an easy thing you can do in the blink of an eye, that will shift you from fear to love.
Fear truly is an illusion. It is what you choose to see in that moment. If we were to tell you there are two options, option A and option B, it would be obvious for you to see you have a choice to make – option A or option B.
You have two choices with any of the items above as well. You can choose fear (abandonment, being along, competition, jealousy, uncertainty, what are they saying about me) or you can choose love. It truly is as easy as that.
OK, here’s the easy thing – focus on love.
Focus on love, send love – we will always be there to assist, if you ask:
- send love to the situation at hand
- surround them with love
- send love to the choices you have before (am I going here or there, do I take this job or that, etc)
- allow us to blanket you with our love
Choose love, focus on love, feel love by breathing in the word love. Yes, breathe in love, breathe out love and repeat.
We love you. We want you to feel love no matter what is going on in your life, no matter what illusion of fear is happening, no matter what others may be saying – feel love!!
