Dear Ones,
Today we wish to tell you what a bright and shining star you are. You have been told before and we know you forget, so we are reminding you once again.
You, each and every one of you, shine brightly. You each are ignited into your own star. You shine brightly on your own and you shine brighter the more you remember who you are and why you are here.
What is the number one reason you have come to earth at this time? To shine your light, bright like the star you are, to share your love, feel our love, and be open to more love as you allow it in. The flow becomes easier to allow more love in, the brighter you shine your light.

If you do not feel this … yet … we ask you to do this simple exercise to help you remember how bright you shine.
- Start with your breathing — notice it, notice the rhythm of it without changing it.
- Bring to mind someone you love and now feel the love you have for them in your heart.
- Allow it to expand as you hold your focus, your love for them, in your heart.
- Notice how bright your light is now — you are shining like a star.
- Now go about your day.
Do this at least once each day!
