Dear Ones,

Today we would like to remind you that we love you!

  • Some of you know this. Some do not.
  • Some can feel our love. Some cannot.

If you cannot, if you do not, you may be holding yourself closed. This is not something you do knowingly or purposely. It has more to do with allowing yourself to feel a love you cannot ‘see or hold.’

There may be an intensity you feel with our love, as though you cannot hold it all. We assure you, you can. And the more love you feel, the more you will be able to feel.

We feel this is such an important time in your evolution as you are all expanding. There is more love and light being shared every day with you and we would like you all to be able to appreciate it and feel the expansiveness of who you are as that is what love is all about. Allowing you to grow even more.

  • Sit quietly and breathe normally.
  • Notice or sense the love that is:
    • in the air before you
    • in the air you breathe
    • in the space as far as you can see
    • in the stars as far as you can imagine
    • enveloping you, always
  • Breathe this love in, imagining that each cell of your entire physical body is expanding with love and light.
  • Breathe this love in, from your head all the way to your toes and every space in between.
  • Stay and bask as long as you would like, knowing that our love and your expansion both grow with each breath.

Every time you do this, you expand your capacity of love and to love that much more.
