Today we would like you to have an experience.

  • Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths.
  • Notice all the things about your body that you can – in the order they catch your attention. 
  • Once you notice the first thing, put all of your attention on it. So for an example, if you can feel your breath, put all of your attention on your breathing. If it’s a pain in your body, put all of your attention on the pain.
  • After all of your attention is on it, bring love to it. So if you are having a pain in your knee, bring love to your knee, appreciating and loving it, letting it know all the wonderful things it has done for you over the years. Bring all the love to it, just as you would to someone you love unconditionally.
  • Keep doing this to all of the things you notice, one at a time.
  • When there is nothing else pulling your attention, allow your whole being to feel the love you have been sending.
  • Open your eyes when you are ready.

You are filled with love. Notice the feelings and emotions you have now. You are most likely feeling peace, love, contentment and appreciation.

We are here for you, all you need do is ask.
