Dear Ones,

Today we speak of your center.

When you find your place of balance, of center, of groundedness, that’s what we call the sweet spot. This is the place to start your day from and to hold your center, your balance, as the day unfolds and presents itself.

When you are in the first minutes of your morning, find what feels like the calm center of your being. Everyone will get here differently, but here are a few ideas:

  • Breathe – deep breaths in and out, feeling your breath as if it is walking down and then up your spine in a very loving and methodical way.
  • Notice – notice all of the feelings in your body. Does anything have any discomfort, are you hungry, are you jittery in any way. Once you notice and acknowledge, let it go with 3 exhales and notice again. Repeat until you no longer notice anything except calm and peace.
  • Bring in the love of the Divine and of Mother Earth. Feel each coming into your being connecting and expanding and anchoring at your heart space. Allow this love to fill your entire being.

Any of these alone, in combination or all 3 of them will bring you to a place of balance and center. This is the feeling to hold as you go about your day. As things come up, remember this feeling, no matter what the situation.

If you find you are getting way off your center, take a few minutes to see if you can get back to you, the calmness of who you truly are. The more you practice these and make them a part of your day, the quicker and easier you will find yourself getting back to your center.
