Dear Ones,
Today we would like to have you be a cloud. Yes, we said ‘be a cloud.’ You will need your imagination for today. Notice how you feel before and after.
- Find a quiet location where you can sit or lie down and close your eyes.
- Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax.
- Imagine yourself as a fluffy cloud, whatever shape you would like. You may notice a softness, a lightness, maybe an expansion in your consciousness. Allow yourself to feel each of these if they come and whatever else you may notice.
- Change your shape to a larger cloud than when you started. What do you notice?
- Change your shape to a smaller cloud and what do you notice now?
- Allow yourself to bring moisture in as if you are becoming a raincloud. Notice.
- Allow the moisture to dissipate and notice how that feels.
- Some things to play with, as you are imagining yourself as a cloud:
- Notice how high you are in the atmosphere — go higher or lower.
- Notice if you change your size do you feel denser or lighter depending on your size.
- Are you able to change shape into something familiar and if yes, what shape?
- Come back to your original fluffy cloud.
- Take a few deep breaths and come back fully into your body.
- Open your eyes.
Sit quietly and notice what your feeling, both physically and emotionally. Journal if that is something you would like to do. Create something if that is what you prefer.
As we noted at the beginning, notice how you feel now and what is maybe different than when you started.
This is something you can do as often as you would like. Beautiful healing happens each time you do this. Allow yourself this gift.
