Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of evolutions of you.
Each day as you grow and expand on your human experience, you are evolving into a new you. You are not the same person you were yesterday or last week or last year. You may have beliefs that are still the same but many have probably shifted and changed into something different than they initially were.
You evolve because you continue to grow each day, with knowledge and wisdom. Life is always in movement — this movement of wisdom — releasing what no longer serves you and taking in other ideas. You morph them and meld them to fit who you are and with what you already know, deep within your heart and soul. And you evolve.
Life is continually changing, for you and around you. People come into your life and they move out. You learn new things and other things fall away. You move from one house to another, letting parts of your past go. You evolve.
Having an open mind and an open heart allows the shifts and changes to move with much more ease and grace as you evolve. Be gentle with yourself.
