Look around in your life. Do you have a lot of new and exciting things going on? Or does it seem like you have a lot of endings?
Well Sunshine, if you have one, you have the other as well. That is the cycle of life we live in.
Maybe call these beginnings and endings upgrades – haha. That sounds very techno-speak. How about we call them evolutions?
It doesn't matter what we call them, does it? It all boils down to, we have changes, evolutions, endings, upgrades, transformations, new beginnings, all going on simultaneously in our lives. They are happening all the time.
How are you doing with all of these? Some days we take everything in stride without missing a beat. Some days it just seems like there's one thing after another on top of something else and beside multiple other things. There are also things that are just 'more' than others — more than we can handle at that moment, more than our plates will hold — just more.
What can we do about it? The Angels are breathing (haha) on the back of my neck rather excitedly!! They always have solutions that will help us on our journey, making the moments more enjoyable as we mosey on our way.
Message From the Angels
Dear Ones,
We ask you to breathe. As you breathe in, imagine the air coming into your body, into your cells, is light. You feel lighter as the air comes in as well. And as you exhale you feel a dense-ness leaving your body. It may feel as if a cloud has just been lifted off of your head or your chest or even surrounding your entire body. Breathe in the light of the Divine. Breathe in the lightness and love. Breathe out the heaviness of what isn't you and breathe out what is not your responsibility to take on.
Breathe in joy, breathe out fear. Breathe in love, breathe out hatred. Breathe in love, breathe out frustration. Breathe in love. Breathe in love. Breathe in love and hold it in your body. Love is all there is.
You can do this. This reminds you of who you are and where you come from. It also spreads love to those around you.
