Dear Ones,
Today we would like to speak of the love in your heart.
Did you realize, if you are focusing on love, either someone you love whether it be a pet or human, or something you did you loved or something you have you love, at that moment there cannot be hatred or fear in your heart at the same time? This is true. And did you realize that when you focus on love, it expands you where as if you focus on hatred or fear you contract? And did you realize when your body is contracting, it is the opposite of being helpful or healthful to your cells?
Focus on love no matter what is happening in your life or around you — always. If there is someone around you, at say a place of business, who is being negative, ask their angels to send them some extra love. Then you can walk away from the situation while continuing to focus on love. If there is an accident you are driving past where the ambulance is either already there are on the way, ask their angels to surround them in love and healing. Focus on the love and healing rather than “oh my, what a horrible accident that is, I wonder if they’ll survive.”
Focus on love, expand the love in your heart to your surroundings so you have a bubble of love around you. Asking their guardian angels to help them allows help to the situation without infringing on their free will.
