This is a message the Angels shared with me a couple of months ago. It was a day I was feeling a bit down and a bit stressed. I was looking for some guidance and the message they shared with me I believe applies to all of us. Enjoy.
Dear One,
Remember a time when things were happy and easy.
Not ‘easy’ as there weren't any challenges. Easy as there were not the stresses of being an adult. Look at life like that of a child.
Let each moment play out as it does, without anticipation or expectation. Just be open to the excitement of the moment unfolding. Feel free and fill your days with joy. Jump and feel the freedom of nothing under your feet even if only for a moment. Notice the exhilaration that happens. Feel it throughout your body.
