Dear Ones,

Today we speak of strengthening the connection to YOU!!

We want you to know that we are your A-Team (Angelic Team). We are here to help you with things along your way, going about your day. Nothing that you can ask is too small or too large.

We would like you to truly FEEL the connection we have with you. We are sending love, support, assistance, when you ask. 

Here is a short exercise you can do to feel the connection with the Divine, with your A-Team, with your Guides or with your Loved Ones. We are all here supporting you in different ways.

• Find a location where you can have a few moments undisturbed
• Close your eyes
• Take a couple of deep breaths, releasing what no longer serves you and allowing your muscles and your body to relax deeper into the chair
• Feel the Divine’s white light coming in through the crown of your head, filling all the cells of your body — you may feel a wonderful tingling or warmth
• Feel your A-Team stepping closer — you may notice a soft brush on your arm or cheek
• Just be in this feeling of love, allowing all your cells to be permeated with this wonderful feeling
• Allow anything that does not fit to fall away
• Breathe in the feeling of love
• Stay in this feeling as long as you would like
• When you are ready, take a couple of deep breaths and open your eyes

We are here with you always. We want you to know it and to feel it.
