Dear Ones,
Today we speak of strengthening the connection!
The connection we are speaking of is your connection to everything, yes, everything. We are speaking of the connection you have with the Divine, all the Angels, your Loved Ones whether in physical or not.
When you strengthen the connection, the love grows. You feel it more and it expands and the more it expands the more you feel it, and it grows.
How do you strengthen the connection? Here is a very simple exercise that we would recommend you do every morning before you rise from your bed and every night as you lay your head on your pillow:
- Place your hand on your heart (whichever hand you prefer is perfect)
- Take several deep breaths
- Feel the love —
- … of the Divine
- … of the Angels
- … of your Loved One
- Feel the love coming into your crown chakra, the top of your head
- Feel the love coming into your heart chakra and your physical heart
- Feel the love expand within as you sigh and relax into the love
- Continue to feel the love for as long as you would like
- Take another deep breath and open your eyes if beginning your day or allow yourself to drift off to sleep if it is the end of the day.
Do this for several days in a row and you will feel a stronger connection — with everyone.
