Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of focus. Focus as in, where do you put your energy and your thoughts? What do you spend your time doing or who do you spend your time with?
We have spoken of this topic in the past. Today, please pay close attention, listening and hearing on a deeper level than you have in the past.
There are new beginnings all around you. Many will focus on the door closing and not see the wonderful garden that is before you, the wide expanse that is available and at your fingertips.
Hear us Dear Ones ~ what is it that you want to bring into your life, into your world? Is that where your focus is? If not, why not? Is it that other thoughts seep into your mind?
That is OK. All you need do is acknowledge these other thoughts, thank them and send them on their way. Release them with love and accept them. Allow the wind and your breath to send them out to the universe to be transmuted to love.
Turn your focus and attention on what brings you joy and on what makes your heart sing. What is it that allows your lips to curve up into a smile and brings a flutter of amazement to your heart space?
Feel that. Think of that. Bring those thoughts into your mind and into your heart and allow them to grow and expand. Fill them with more thoughts of joy of confidence of wonder and amazement. Add to that thoughts of dreaming big, happiness and appreciation. Add more thoughts of love, trust, passion and gratitude.
Where is your focus? Is that what you would like to expand?
Focus on love, beauty, appreciation,
higher vibrations, joy, positive beliefs.
