Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of you staying connected.
When you are connected, heart connected, it is strengthening for both you and the other person [or pet / animal.] When you take time to feel the connection, spending time with them, your energies are both expanded.
Your connection can be with other people, your pets, or nature. Mother Earth has her own beautiful heart connection many of you feel. The plants, trees, flowers, also have their own beautiful energy you can both share.
If you have not ever done this with a tree [as an example] try it. Feel your love for the tree for what it provides — shade, oxygen, fruit, berries for the birds — and thank the tree. Feel your gratitude and appreciation grow and expand. Allow your aura to expand so the tree is encompassed in your appreciation and love.
As you are in this space, open your heart connection and see if you can feel the tree’s connection coming back to you — love, appreciation, and other feelings.
If the first time you do this you do not notice anything, try again. Trees, as well as other plants, definitely love the human connection of love. It also helps them to grow and stay healthier.
