Dear Ones,

Today we wish to speak of ‘you are in charge’ of your energy.

Recently we spoke of deciding what energy you would like to bring to your day. That is absolutely true and we hope you have been successful in preparing your day.

Today we wish to add to that. You are in charge of the energy you bring to the table, every moment of every day. That means if you are not happy with the energy surrounding you, you are in charge of changing it.

Changing it may start with walking away from the situation you are in — go to another room, hang up the phone, etc. It may also mean changing your energy and bringing in the energy you would like.

Clear your energy of what you do not want [anger, frustration, anxiety, etc.] and reinforce your Divine love connection. Fill with love, remember you are a Divine spark and allow that energy to fill your essence.

Bringing a love energy to any situation will shift the energy — yours. You are only in charge of your own. You can expand love into the conversation or situation. How it is received is out of your control and not your responsibility. You are only in charge of you.

We are here to assist in any way we can. All you need do is ask.
