Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of expansion.
Each of you is going through an expansion of your consciousness. You as a collective is also going through an expansion of consciousness. Mother Earth, Gaia, is also going through an expansion of consciousness.
Each adds to the expansion of the next and also does not stop the expansion of the next from happening without participating. However, the expansion may go smoother [for all] the more everyone allows themselves the time to evolve and grow [& expand.]
Each time you are releasing old beliefs, old traumas, old wounds, you open up space for expansion. What are you filling that space with? It may be something different today than tomorrow.
Here are some ideas:
- breathe in Divine Love
- smile
- play [with pets, kids]
- get out in nature and the sunshine
- bless your glass of water and then drink generously
Allow expansion, appreciate and have gratitude — for the release of the old and the expansion of the new. Consciously and with gratitude share with others and with Mother Earth. Know there is gratitude and appreciation coming back to you.
