Dear Ones,
Today we wish to speak of allow / allowing.
Find yourself a quiet location where you will be uninterrupted for a few moments. Settle yourself in with a few deep breaths and closing your eyes. Allow yourself to shut out the world around you.
Now tune in and allow yourself to feel the love of the universe, the love of the Divine, surrounding you, holding you. Feel the loving energy around you, cocooning you.
If you feel you ‘cannot feel this’ we would like you to pretend, visualize ‘as if’ you are feeling this.
Hold yourself in this loving energy for as long as you would like. It is very beneficial for you to do this on a daily basis [multiple times if possible.] Allow yourself this gift.
